This year has been transformative in terms of operational efficiency and service innovation. We have successfully reduced non-revenue water by 15% through the implementation of advanced leak detection systems and comprehensive pipeline rehabilitation programs. Our customer service response time has improved by 40%, and we have achieved a 99.2% uptime in our water supply network, demonstrating our commitment to reliable service delivery.
